END OF DAY POLICY: You will need to "sign out" your child at the end of each VBS day. The Small Group Leaders will have the sheet that you, or your designated adult, will need to sign your/their name to. If you have more than one child in the VBS program than you will need to sign each child out with their assigned Small Group Leader.

By checking the box below I 1.) acknowledge that I have read IBC's VBS '08 "End of Day Policy", 2.) give my child/children permission to participate in IBC's VBS '08 program, 3.) I understand that pictures of this event that may include my child/children's image will be used for IBC publicity purposes.
